Thank you to everyone who joined us for a “Taste of Trinidad,” the Angostura Bitters Tasting Room at Tales of the Cocktail 2012. During this event, guests were invited to experience Trinidad and Tobago, the home of Angostura Bitters and Carnival, to enjoy the authentic flavors and aromas of the islands in New Orleans. With Carnaval dancers in traditional dress, sounds from the vibraphone and steelpan drum, flavorful island cocktails and the traditional breakfast dish, Doubles, guests truly experienced a taste of Trinidad.

Watermelon Cooler

Ingredients

    Garnish
  • Lemon Balm Sprig
    Ingredients
  • 4 oz Fresh Watermelon Juice
  • 1.25 Plymouth Gin
  • 1 oz Moscato D'Asti
  • 3 dashes Angostura® Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

  1. Garnish with a lemon balm sprig upon serving.
