This dressing is an adaptation of a Trinidad recipe. Drizzle it over cooked, chilled green beans, asparagus or sliced beets. Use on hamburgers. Or use it to make a unique potato salad.
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp Holland House Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Angostura® Aromatic Bitters
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- Combine ingredients and whisk vigorously until smooth.
