This dressing is an adaptation of a Trinidad recipe. Drizzle it over cooked, chilled green beans, asparagus or sliced beets. Use on hamburgers. Or use it to make a unique potato salad.

Mustard Dressing Angostura

Sweet & Tangy Mustard Dressing


  • 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Holland House Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Angostura® Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil


  1. Combine ingredients and whisk vigorously until smooth.
