Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz Laird's Apple Brandy
  • 1/4 oz Velvet Falernum
  • 1/2 oz ANGOSTURA® Fig Syrup
  • 1 oz Apple Cider
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
    Garnish
  • Apple Slices

Instructions

  1. In a mixing tin, combine all ingredients and shake with ice.
  2. Strain into chilled, ice-filled highball glass.
  3. Garnish with an apple slice.
    ANGOSTURA® Fig Syrup
  1. 4 oz fig jam to 1 oz ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters, and a heaping barspoon of sugar. Heat to incorporate.
