Ginger Mojito

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Angostura® Reserva Rum
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Ginger Syrup
  • 15 Mint Leaves
  • 1.5 oz Club Soda
  • 2 dashes Angostura® Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

  1. In a Collins glass, lightly press mint with ginger syrup to release oils.
  2. Add lime, rum and Angostura®.
  3. Fill glass with crushed ice and swizzle.
  4. Re-pack with crushed ice and top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
