Ryan Maybee works at the Rieger Hotel Grill & Exchange in Kansas City, Missouri. He was one of the seven finalists to compete in Chicago for a chance to win $5,000 and to compete in Trinidad & Tobago at the 2012 Angostura® Global Cocktail Challenge.
He likes to play with fire; did you know Angostura® is flammable? He put Angostura® bitters in an atomizer then ignited the spray into a glass to create one of his cocktails.
