1/2 oz. Benedictine
1/2 oz. Cherry Heering
1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
5 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
Garnish: De-hydrated, cinnamon dusted lemon wheel
Five Island Fizz
1 1/2 oz. Angostura 5 Year Rum3/4 oz. Velvet Falernum
1/4 oz. Luxardo Maraschino
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz. Barrits Ginger Beer
5 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
Garnish: Lime Wheel wrapped around a brandied cherry
