The Canadian finalist took inspiration from the island, featuring citrus notes among Angostura® 7 Yr. Rum, Angostura® Aromatic Bitters, mauby syrup and Carib Lager. - 0.9 oz Mauby Syrup
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 4 oz Carib Lager
