Trinidad Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 oz ANGOSTURA 1919® Rum
  • 1/4 oz Apricot Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 oz ANGOSTURA® orange bitters
  • 2 bar spoons apricot jam
    Garnish
  • Orange Wedge

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
  2. Stir to incorporate jam.
  3. Shake vigorously with ice.
  4. Strain over cubed ice.
