This cocktail was created by Aaron Butler from New York City during the Angostura Global Cocktail Challenge. This is one of two great cocktails Aaron created to advance to the U.S. Finals at Tales of the Cocktail!
- Mint Sprig
- 2 1/4 oz Angostura 1919 Rum
- 1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz Zucca Amaro
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 10 dashes Angostura® Aromatic Bitters
- Ermete | Quercioli Reggiano Lambrusco
- Garnish with a mint sprig upon serving.
