A refreshing cocktail to be enjoyed on a hot sunny day, perfect concoction for a beach party or relaxing out in the sun. Name is derived from the Paria Bay off the west coast of Trinidad & Tobago. This cocktail utilizes the sweet and spice of Angostura 5 year, paired with fresh pineapple and basil.

  • 2 oz Angostura® 5 Yr. Rum
  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 4 Basil Leaves
  • 4 dashes Angostura® Aromatic Bitters
  • 2 oz Ginger Beer

Instructions
