- Mint Sprig
- 3 Raspberries
- 1.5 oz Angostura® 5 Yr. Rum
- 1/2 oz Maraschino Liquor
- 1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 5 dashes Angostura® Aromatic Bitters
- 1.5 oz Ginger Beer
- 10 Raspberries (3 for garnish)
- 8 Mint Leaves
- In a mixing glass muddle raspberries with mint, lemon juice, Angostura® Aromatic Bitters, and spirits to glass.
- Add ice and shake hard for about 10 seconds, double strain into a Collins glass over crushed ice. Float the ginger beer and garnish with fresh mint sprig and remaining raspberries.
