Five Island Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz ANGOSTURA® 5 Year Rum
  • 3/4 oz Velvet Falernum
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Ginger Beer
  • 5 dashes ANGOSTURA® aromatic bitters
    Garnish

Instructions

  1. Add rum, Falernum, lime juice and maraschino liqueur into mixing tin.
  2. Add ice, shake briefly and strain into Collins glass.
  3. Add ginger beer, fill with crushed ice and swizzle.
  4. Dash bitters to float on top.
  5. Garnish and serve.
