When a guest asked for an Ango Fizz, Sandy Levine wanted to put a spin on it – with a wonderfully delicious and smooth result! Behold: the Likely Doubtful.
- 1 1/2 oz Angostura® Aromatic Bitters
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/4 oz Batavia Arrack, Van Oosten
- 1/4 oz Pierre Ferrand
- Dry Curaçao
- 1 Egg White
- Splash Seltzer Water
- Combine all ingredients in a dry shaker and shake.
- Add crushed ice and shake again, strain into collins glass.
- Top with seltzer.
