- 1 oz Angostura® Reserva Rum
- 3/4 oz Cherry Herring
- 1/2 oz Benedictine
- 1/4 oz Angostura aromatic bitters
- 1/4 oz Demerara Syrup
- 1 Whole Egg
- In a mixing tin, combine ingredients. Dry shake to whip and emulsify.
- Re-shake with ice.
- Double strain into small rocks with no ice.
- Express an orange swath and discard.
- Garnish with a brandied cherry.
