Savory Whipped Sweet Potatoes

2 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes or yams

1/2 small onion

2 large cloves of garlic

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dried thyme or rosemary

4 Tbsp butter

2-3 Tbsp sour cream

1 tsp Angostura® Aromatic Bitters

Roasted Vegetables with Angostura Mayonaise Drizzle

Angostura Mayonaise Drizzle: 1/2 cup mayonaise, 2 Tbsp. grated pecorino Romano cheese, 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp. grated lemon peel, 1 tsp. Angostura aromatic bitters

Roasted Vegetables: 1-2 lbs. asparagus spears, green beans, broccoli raab, rapine, or Chinese broccoli, 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, 1 Tbsp.

Bitter Honey Ham Glaze

1/2 C honey

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp Angostura® Aromatic Bitters

3-4 lbs smoked ham

2-3 lbs boneless beef roast
